Our return and refund rules are simple — no complicated forms, no fine print.

📦 If your order hasn’t arrived

If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us and we’ll refund you in full — no worries at all.

💔 If your item arrived damaged

Oh no! That’s never how it should be 😢
If your order arrived damaged, please send us a few photos showing the item and the Royal Mail envelope/package it came in.
Once we see the damage, you can choose:

  • 💎 A replacement — we’ll send it again free of charge

  • 💰 A full refund — no questions asked

🔁 If you changed your mind

That’s okay too! You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Just make sure the item is:

  • ✅ In original condition

  • 🚫 Not used or damaged

  • 📦 Returned with any packaging it came in

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll issue your refund right away.
