UK delivery charges

UK delivery is free on orders over £25.

For orders of £25 or less, standard delivery costs:

• £2.85 for items sent as a Large Letter

• £3.65 for larger items sent as a Parcel

These delivery charges are correct as of autumn 2026 and may change. The delivery options and final charge for your order will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

If you need your order sooner, Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Next Day Delivery may also be available at checkout for an additional charge.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, on working days. Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Many SupperPug products are made to order. Larger or more complex orders may take longer to make; if we expect a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared from the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Royal Mail 2nd Class usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery can sometimes take longer. Faster services are available where shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched, rather than when it is placed. Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, its journey is in their paws — but we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.

Has your order not arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us. We’ll check what has happened and help resolve it.
