🛍️ Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

  • Your order will be confirmed once payment is received.

  • Prices include taxes where applicable.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders the next working day.

  • Free UK delivery is provided via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Faster options (1st Class or Next Day) are available at checkout for an extra fee.

  • Once your parcel is handed to Royal Mail, we can’t control delivery speed — but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.

💖 Returns & Refunds

  • If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 working days, contact us for a full refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged, send us photos and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

  • You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, with packaging).

  • We only collect the information needed to process your order (like your name, address, and email).

  • We never share your details with anyone except delivery partners (e.g., Royal Mail).

  • Shopify handles all payments securely — we don’t store card details.

  • All screen protectors are hydrogel films – NOT glass, unless clearly stated otherwise.
